绿茶桑椹醋饮料对小白鼠的减肥降血脂作用

摘  要: 【目的】研究绿茶桑椹醋饮料(MVBGT)的减肥降血脂作用。【方法】将60只小鼠分为普通对照组、肥胖对照组、MVBGT减肥试验组、高血脂对照组及MVBGT降血脂试验组,处理后采用对比试验研究MVBGT对小鼠体脂(TFC)、脂肪系数(FC)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量的影响。【结果】肥胖对照组和高血脂对照组小鼠较普通对照组小鼠TFC、FC、TC及TG含量均显著增加(P<0.05),高血脂对照组小鼠的HDL-C含量也有显著增加(P<0.05),表明营养肥胖模型和高血脂模型构建成功。MVBGT减肥试验组中小鼠的TWF、FC、TC和TG含量较肥胖对照组均显著下降(P<0.05);MVBGT降血脂试验组TWF、FC、TC、TG和HDL-C含量较高血脂对照组也均显著下降(P<0.05)。MVBGT对小鼠无毒副作用。【结论】MVBGT对小鼠有显著的减肥、降脂作用,且无毒副作用。 [Objective] The research is to study the effects of mulberry vinegar beverage mixed with green-tea(MVBGT)on obesity reducing and blood lipid content. [Method] Sixty rats were diuided into 5 groups namely normal feeding,nutritive feeding and MVBGT feeding of obesity model,high blood lipids feeding,MVBGT feeding of high blood lipids model to analyse the total fat content(TFC),fatty coefficient (FC) ,total serum cholesterin(TC), triglyceride(TG)and serum hight density lipoprotein(HDL-C). [Result] The content of TFC,FC,TC and TG in nutritive feeding and high blood lipids feeding increased apparently compared with the normal feeding(P〈0.05) ,the HDL-C content of high blood lipids feeding increased apparently compared with the normal feeding too(P〈0. 05) ,it indicated that the rat nutritive obesity model and high blood lipids model were set up successfully. The content of TWF,FC,TC and TG in the MVBGT feeding of obesity model were reduced apparently compared with the nutritive feeding(P〈0.05);The content of TWF,FC,TC,TG and HDL-C in the MVBGT feeding of high blood lipids model were reduced apparently compared with the high blood lipids feeding (P〈0.05). The experiments also showed that MVBGT had no side effects to rat growing accordance with the organ coefficient tested. [Conlusion] MVBGT had functional effects of reducing obesity and blood lipids of the rat,and no adverse reaction.
