摘 要: 采用3种添加不同水平蛋白质的饲料饲养初始体重约16g的草鱼,60d后测定肝胰脏脂质含量和构成以及磷脂和中性脂质的脂肪酸组成.高蛋白质饲料显著升高草鱼肝胰脏的脂质含量,中性脂质积累显著增加.肝胰脏磷脂n-6和n-3系列高度不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)的相对含量均随饲料中蛋白质添加量的增加而显著升高,20∶4n-6/18∶2n-6和n-3HUFA/18∶3n-3比值亦分别相应上升.实验结果表明,饲料蛋白质添加水平的升高可促进草鱼肝胰脏高度不饱和脂肪酸的生物合成. The lipid content and fatty acid composition of hepatopancreas in grass carp ( Ctenopharyngodon idellus, C. et V.) with 15 7 g of initial weight were determined after feeding 60 days with 3 diets containing different levels of proteins respectively.The lipid content of hepatopancreas increased significantly when the fish were fed with the diet containing the highest level of protein . In phospholipids from hepatopancreas, the content of n 6 HUFA raised with the increase of the dietary level of protein and the same for that of n 3 HUFA, and ratio of 20∶4 n 6/18∶2 n 6 and n 3 HUFA/18∶3 n 3 also increased . The results indicated that the biosynthesis of n 6 HUFA and n 3 HUFA was obviously affected by the dietary level of protein.
