摘 要: 根据电瓷瓷套机械磨削过程中常出现的不同工况,运用力学理论建立了不同工况条件下的力学模型;推导出匀减速和突然停止转动两种工况下,芯轴受冲击条件下的动应力计算表达式;采用有限元法进一步分析了瓷套在承受不同工况载荷条件下的应力和变形,求解出梁两端作用反力、y方向的线位移、绕z轴的角位移值以及绕x轴的角位移数值解。 Mechanical models were established by material mechanical theory, which considers the different operation during grinding the insulators cylinder; the dynamical stresses, which were about the two machining conditions (uniformity speed rotation and abruptly brake operation), were expressed; the stress and distortion about the shaft were analyzed by FEM; the reaction forces, linear displacement, x-axial rotating displacement and z-axial rotating displacement were calculated by FEM.
