摘 要: 采用国家稻谷标准GB1350-1999和优质稻谷标准GB/T17891-1999规定的方法,对广东省13个区域2007年种植的早晚造籼稻谷样品进行质量指标和品质指标的系统测定研究。研究结果表明:广东省晚造籼稻谷的质量和品质优于早造;不同地区种植的同品种稻谷,其质量和品质差异明显,据研究,珠江三角洲优质籼稻谷的比例较高,粤西、粤北地区优质籼稻谷的比例较低;最后研究得出垩白度、不完善粒和直链淀粉等指标是影响稻谷品质的主要因素。 The quality investigation and quality properties analysis of early and late long-grain nonglutinous rice on 13 pilot areas of Guangdong province in 2007 were researched, according to national rice standard GB 1350-1999 and national high-quality rice standard GB/T 17891-1999. The results indicate that the quality of late long-grain nonglutinous rice cultivated in Guangdong province in 2007 is better than that of early long-grain nonglutinous rice. The quality of rice planting in different areas are significantly differences. The proportion of high-quality rice is high in Pearl River Delta, while it's lowest in west and north of Guangdong province. Finally, the major factors affecting the quality of rice are chalkiness, unperfect rice rate and amylose content.
