摘 要: 在结构光三维视觉埋弧焊焊缝跟踪系统研究中,以S7-200PLC作为控制器,为实现PC机对焊缝跟踪过程参数的实时操作和监控,采用OPC技术,以S7-200PCAccess作为OPC数据服务器,通过串口通信,运用Del-phi7.0作为开发语言编写客户端程序,实现了与S7-200PLC的动态数据交换。文中给出了实现方法的详细步骤和程序代码。实践证明,该系统在运行过程中,工作可靠、稳定、上下位机通信数据运行良好,满足实时性要求,该方法简单、可靠,是行之有效的。 In the seam tracking system of submerged arc welding based on structured light,S7-200 PLC is used as a controller.The dynamic data exchange between S7-200 PLC and PC via RS232 serial communication was successfully realized,which uses Delphi 7.0 as programming language and S7-200 PC Access as database server based on OPC technique.The detailed procedures and programs were given.The practical experiment proves that the system is stable and reliable in performance,operation of data communication between the upper PC and the lower PLC is good,and meets the real-time requirement.The method is easy,reliable and successful.
