摘 要: 利用竹炭和聚丙烯树脂为包膜材料,制得不同粘结剂、不同包膜厚度和不同竹炭含量的18种竹炭包膜尿素。通过溶解试验、溶出试验与氨挥发试验,研究了所制备的包膜尿素在水中溶解特征。结果表明,包膜效果最好的2种竹炭包膜尿素BCCU1(AbX)和BCCU2(AbY)的含氮量分别为42.3%和43.5%,包膜率分别为8.04%和5.43%。尿素经过竹炭包膜后,其氮素初期溶出率和氮素累积溶出率明显下降,竹炭包膜尿素BCCU1和BCCU2的氮素累积溶出率分别比尿素降低16.27%和9.93%。氨挥发试验结果表明,在每公斤土壤中施氮600mg和1000mg水平下,竹炭包膜尿素BCCU1和BCCU2的氨挥发损失量分别比尿素减少31.8%和19.3%,21.82%和16.66%;在2种施肥水平下,BCCU1的挥发量分别比BCCU2减少15.49%和6.19%。 18 different bamboo-charcoal coated ureas were prepared from normal urea by coating with bamboo-charcoal and bonding agents. Their nitrogen slow-release characteristics were investigated compared to un-coated urea. The results showed that the two best coated ureas, i.e., BCCU1 (AbX) and BCCU2 (AbY), have nitrogen contents of 42.3% and 43.5% with coating rates of 8.04% and 5.43%, respectively. They presented slow-release characteristics of low nitrogen leaching and low ammonia volatilization. The accumulated nitrogen release rates of BCCU1 and BCCU2 were 16.27% and 9.93% lower than that of un-coated urea. The total ammonia volatilization of BCCU1 and BCCU2 decreased by 31.8% and 19.3% under the fertilization of 600 mg N per kg soil, 21.82% and 16.66% under the fertilization of 1 000 mg N per kg soil, respectively.
