摘 要: 以叶绿素、蛋白质含量为衰老的生理指标,研究了不同pH、Ca2+对杂交水稻叶片衰老的作用。结果表明,不同pH影响叶绿素和蛋白质含量,最适pH为6.0;此条件下的Ca2+浓度为0.01~20.00mmol/l,低浓度的Ca2+提高叶片中叶绿素和蛋白质含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量;随着Ca2+浓度升高,则作用减弱;最适浓度为0.1mmol/l。Ca2+能延缓杂交水稻叶片的衰老,主要原因是由于Ca2+能提高叶片中活性氧防御酶的活性,降低活性氧的伤害作用。 Effects of different pH values and Ca 2+ concentrations at optimal pH on senescence of the detached leaves of the hybrid rice combination Shanyou 63 were studied using chlorophyll and soluble protein contents as the physiological indexes. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein varied with the values of pH. The optimal pH value was 6.0. Under the optimal pH conditions, chlorophyll and soluble protein contents varied with Ca 2+ concentrations. In the range of 0.01~20.00 m mol/l tested concentrations, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) were increased and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was decreased at lower Ca 2+ concentrations and the optimal Ca 2+ concentration was 0.1 m mol/l. The main reason why Ca 2+ can postpone the senescence of hybrid rice leaves was that Ca 2+ can increase the activities of the protective enzymes and decrease damages of active oxygen in the leaves of hybrid rice.
