摘　　要： CEL I是从芹菜中分离出来的一种单链特异性核酸酶,属于S1核酸内切酶家族中的一种,能准确切割异源双链DNA错配位点。概述了CEL I酶的分离技术及其在发现单核甘酸多态性(SNP)方面的应用,为从事动、植物及人类遗传研究的科技工作者提供参考。 CELI is a kind of single-swand specific nuclease isolated from telelery, belonging to one kind of SI endonuclease family. It could cut the mismatch sites of hetereduplex DNA. ＇Pne separation technology of CEL 1 enzyme and its application in single nucleotide polymorphisms were sum up. It provided references for the scientific workers engaged in the genetics research of plant, animal and human beings.
