摘　　要： 目的了解广东省川山群岛社区渔民的潜水知识和健康状况。方法对74名男性青壮年潜水渔民进行健康状况问卷调查回收率93.2%(69/74)。结果55人(80%)未掌握潜水病知识。渔民出现最多的潜水减压病症状是关节肌肉疼痛34人(49%),因为经济困难等多方面的因素影响渔民就医。SF-36量表8项维度的评分中,RP、BP、GH、RE显著低于常模,提示渔民的生理和一部分心理功能生存质量低下。结论川山群岛社区69个渔民职业相关的健康问题为本社区潜水职业病的防治规划提供了初步的依据。 Objective To understand the diving knowledge and healthy status about the fishermen in Chuanshan islands of Guangdong Province. Methods The 74 diving fisherfolks were received the healthy questionnaire and the information was analyzed. Results The 69 fisherfolks bad several risk factors of diving decompress disease from embarkation of diving work in 74 investigators. Among 69 cases, 55 （80%） cases had not mastered the knowledge about diving. The most symptoms in cases were ache of joint and muscle which were accounted for 34 （49%）. They could not go to see the doctors because of economic burden and other reasons. In the 8 items of dimensionality grade of SF-36 questionnaire, the RP, BP, GH and RE were obviously lower than the common model. It demonstrated that fishermen bad lower survival quality aspect the function of physiology and psychology. Conclusion The healthy related problems of the 69 fishermen in Chuanshan islands provide a primary basis for establishing programs to prevent and cure the occupational diving disease in this district.
