摘　　要： 高职学校文化与企业文化有区别也有联系,推进校企业文化融合,是满足企业需要,促进学生就业,构建高职特色学校文化的必然需要。高职院校实现校企文化融合,应做到"全程、全面、全员"的多维立体的融合。 Vocational college culture is related to enterprises culture while they are different from each other in some way. Promoting cultural harmony between colleges and enterprises is necessary to meet enterprise requirement, to promote graduates employment and to build up vocational college culture. ＂all procedures, entire aspects, every personal effort＂ should be fully considered to realize the cultural harmony between colleges and enterprises.
