摘 要: 无论新建还是改建沥青路面,轴载换算均是结构设计的重要内容。轴载换算的精确性将严重影响结构设计的准确性,甚至影响道路结构的使用寿命,而轴数系数是轴载换算公式中反映不同轴数之间换算关系的关键参数,有必要进行深入研究。本文针对刚性基层沥青面层路面结构,应用弹性层状体系理论计算程序,分别以沥青层设计弯沉值、水泥混凝土刚性基层层底拉应力为换算指标,变换层厚、模量等不同的路面结构层参数及车轮荷载作用的轴距,来计算刚性基层沥青路面结构轴载换算公式中的轴数系数。通过计算结果的回归分析,与AASHTO及我国设计方法关于轴数系数的计算公式进行对比分析,提出了建议的轴数系数计算公式。 Axle-load exchange are very important to the structure design of construction and reconstruction of asphalt pavement. The accuracy of the axle-load exchange will affect the accuracy of structure design and the durable life of pavement seriously. The axle-number coefficient is an important parameter in the axle-load exchange formula to represent the conversion among different axle-numbers. Applying the program based on the layer-elastic theory, and changing the values of structure-layer parameters such as layer thickness and modulus, the wheelbase of wheel load etc., the axle-number coefficient in the axle-load exchange formula for the rigid-base asphalt pavement was calculated under the two different conversion guidelines of pavement deflection and the bottom tensile stresses of the rigid base. Through analyzing the results, a recommended axle-number coefficient formula was given and some comparisons were made between AASHTO and the design methods of China.
