摘 要: 工作动机理论是组织心理学的重要组成部分,为管理者解释人们的动机问题提供了很多有益的指导。本文不仅用工作动机理论详细阐述了高校大学生普遍兼职原因,而且也为高校图书馆管理学生工提供了坚实的理论基础。 Work motive theory is an important component of organizational psychology, and provides many beneficial guides to solve people motive issue explained by the managers. This paper has not only explained in detail the reason of popular multiple jobholding of university students by using motive theory, but also provide solid theoretic foundation for the management of university student labors by university librarians.
