摘　　要： 文章选取美国密歇根州政府和我国上海市政府的门户网站,根据相关评估指标体系,对提供的服务进行比较分析,从而总结出两政府电子政务方面存在的差异,以期指导我国电子政务未来的建设与发展。 According to the evaluation system from CCW Research, this paper compares the service provided by the government portal websites of Michigan and those of Shanghai and summarizes the differences of the E - government between the two governments to give guidance to the construction and development of our country＇s E - government.
