摘 要: 通过单因素试验,对桑黄菌丝的培养基碳源、氮源及培养条件进行了初步研究.结果表明:液体培养基的最佳碳源为甘蔗渣,最佳氮源为马铃薯;最适菌丝体生长的培养条件为:培养时间7 d,接种量15%,装液量(500 mL三角瓶)为150 mL.进一步通过正交试验对培养基配方进行优化,得出桑黄菌液体培养的培养基配方为:甘蔗渣17%,马铃薯9%,磷酸二氢钾0.3%,硫酸镁0.15%. By a series of single conditions on Phellinus igniarius were factor experiments, the effects of carbon studied. The results showed that bagasse source, nitrogen source and culture was the optimum carbon source and potato was the optimum nitrogen source, the optimum culture condition was as following: fermenting time was 7 days, the amount of inoculation was 15%, the amount of liquid was 150 mL (500 mL flask). Then the culture medium was optimized by orthogonal experiment, the results proved that the optimum culture medium was bagasse 17%, potato 9%, KH2PO4 0.3%, MgSO4 0.15%.
