纳米硼酸锌的制备及对木材阻燃性能影响研究

摘  要: 以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O和Na4B4O7.10H2O为主要原料,通过共沉淀法制备纳米硼酸锌,以X-射线粉末衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析了纳米硼酸锌的物相组成及形貌,并研究其对木材阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明:所制备的硼酸锌平均粒径为30-60 nm,分散均匀,结晶度好。该纳米硼酸锌具有良好的阻燃性能。添加10%的纳米硼酸锌可使桦木粉的300℃残炭量比未添加硼酸锌的提高了19.95%,比微米硼酸锌提高了14.18%;其极限氧指数为38.7. Nanometer zinc borate was prepared via co -precipitation method from zinc nitrate and borax. The phase, composition and morphology of the product were then analyzed by means of powder X - ray diffraction and SEM, and its flame - retardant properties were studied. The results indicate that( 1 ) the average particle of high crystalline and well dispersed zinc borate is 30 -60 nm; This nanometer zinc borate are of fine flame -retardant properties. (2)as for the birch wood powder treated with 10% of nanometer zinc bo- rate ,the limit oxygen index reaches 38.7 and the residual charcoal ratio increases by 19.95% at 300 ℃, as compared with that of the powder without zinc borate ; then the residual charcoal ratio increases by 14. 18% ,as compared with that of the powder with micron zinc borate.
