摘　　要： 文章通过回顾现代汉语语法研究中变换分析理论的发展历程,指出这一"拿来"理论如何在研究实践中得到本土化的改造和创新,通过实例强调结合语义解释的变换分析理论必将在未来的汉语语法研究中继续发挥重要作用。 After reviewing the development process of the theory of transformational analysis in the study on the modern Chinese grammar, this article indicates how the borrowed-theory has been changed and innovated in localization, and how it explains a series of grammar question. Moreover it is emphasized that the theory of transformational analysis, which is based of semantic, will play an important role in the study on the modem Chinese grammar in the future.
