医药化工废水同步硝化反硝化的研究及工程应用

摘  要: [目的]为同步硝化反硝化技术在工程上应用提供依据。[方法]利用序批式反应器,研究医药化工废水的同步硝化反硝化(SND)生物脱氮工艺,并对SND工程应用进行尝试。[结果]实现SND最佳脱碳、脱氮效果的溶解氧(DO)浓度应控制在1.0~2.0m/L,最佳进水pH值为7.0~7.5,在该条件下,COD去除率达80%以上,氨氮去除率达80%~82%,总氮去除率达74%~78%。在SND工程应用中,控制DO浓度为1.0~2.0mg/L、进水pH值为7.0~7.5、水温为28—32℃时,COD、氨氮、总氮去除率分别为78.8%、78.4%和74.5%。水温过高将影响SND脱氯、脱碳的效果,且污泥微生物有一定适应调节能力,总体上COD、氨氮、总氮平均去除率分别为72.1%、66.2%和57.5%。[结论]同步硝化反硝化生物脱氮工艺有广阔的工程应用前景。 [ Objective ] The aim was to provide basis for application of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) technology in engineering. [Method] The SND biological nitrogen removal process in medicine producing wastewater was studied by adopting the sequencing batch reactor and the SND engineering application was attempted. [ Result] The dissolved oxygen (DO) Cohen. of achieving the optimum decarbonization effect and nitrogen removal efficiency of SND was controlled at 1 - 2 mg/L and the optimum influent pH was 7 - 7.5. Under this condition, the removal rate of COD was over 80% , the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 80% -82% and the removal rate of total nitrogen was 74% - 78%. The removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 78.8% , 78.4% and 74.5% , resp. in the SND engineering application when DO control Cohen. was 1 - 2mg/L, the influent pH value 7 - 7.5 and the water temperature 28 - 32℃. The decarbonization effect and nitrogen removal efficiency of SND was affected by the high temperature and the sludge microbes had certain adapting and regulating ability. The average removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 72.1% , 66.2% and 57.5 % resp. as a whole. [ Conclusion] The SND biological nitrogen removal process had wide engineering application prospect.
