摘 要: 合成了含不同比例膦酰基团的聚天冬氨酸衍生物,对其阻CaCO3、CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2垢性能进行了评定,并与聚天冬氨酸进行了比较。结果表明:n(PSI)∶n(ED)∶n(ME)∶n(PH)=10∶2∶16∶16时对CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢性能最好;n(PSI)∶n(ED)∶n(ME)∶n(PH)=10∶7∶31∶31时对CaCO3的阻垢性能和综合性能最佳,且PH-ED-PASP在质量浓度为6mg/L时,对CaCO3和CaSO4的阻垢率分别为93.4%和99.3%,在质量浓度为10mg/L时,对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢率为9.13%。 Polyaspartic acid derivatives containing different content of phosphonyl group have been synthesized. Their performance of inhibiting CaCO3, CaSO4 and Ca3( PO4)2 has been evaluated and compared with polyaspartic acid. The results show that the performance of inhibiting CaSO4 and Ca3(PO4)2 is the best when n(PSI):n(ED): n(ME):n(PH)=10:2:16:16, the performance of inhibiting CaCO3 and all-around performance are the best when n (PSI):n(ED):n(ME):n(PH)=10:7:31:31, and at a dosage of 6 mg/L of PH-ED-PASP, the inhibition rate of the agent on CaCO3 and CaSO4 is 93.4% and 99.3% respectively, and at a dosage of 10 mg/L, the inhibition rate of the agent on Ca3(PO4)2 is 9.13%.
