摘 要: 对波纹龙虾不同发育时期的胚胎进行离体培养和显微观察。结果表明,初始培育的离体胚胎愈接近孵化期,其孵化率愈高(最高达80.0%);波纹龙虾胚胎发育经历受精卵、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、中眼色素形成期、复眼色素形成期、心跳期、破膜前期和出膜期;胚胎在发育过程中颜色变化:橙红→深橙红→砖红→灰白→接近透明。 In vitro incubation of embryos and embryonic development of Panulirus homarua were studied. Phyllosomas were hatched from in vitro fertilized eggs when water temperature was kept approximately 29℃, The embryos were maintained at a density of 4 000-5 000 eggs per liter seawater with water exchanging once or twice a day and aeration. At same salt and water temperature, the shorter the time before hatching was, the easier the hatch of embryos was. The hatching rate was up to 80.0%. The development of embryo was divided into nine stages: cleavage, blastula, gastrula, embryo with eye pigmentation, embryo with compound pigmented eyes, heart beating stage, embryo nearly ready to hatch and the stage of hatching. During the embryonic development, the egg colors changed as follows: orange, salmon pink, brick-red, white, transparent.
