主效基因位点的相对选择效率

摘  要: 利用单个已识别主效基因位点加微效多基因的混合遗传模型,在二性状育种目标下探讨基因型选择[Direct Selection of Quantitative Trait Loci(QTL),DSQ]的相对选择效率(Relative Selection Efficiency,RSE),并考察主效基因方差贡献、性状遗传力和遗传相关对RSE的影响,以期找出控制RSE实际应用中的主要影响因素,并最大限度地发挥已识别主效QTL位点在育种中的作用。结果表明,只要主效基因位点的信息合理纳入选择方案,即可从选择方案中主效基因位点的应用中获得较大益处;从RSE来看,DSQ可带来额外程度不同的选择进展;几个因素对RSE的影响程度各不相同,使RSE增长或降低模式彼此不同;主效基因位点的加性遗传方差比例、遗传力和遗传相关对RSE均有较大影响。 In this paper, the relative selection efficiency (RSE) for direct selection of Quantitative Trait Loci (DSQ) was theoretically discussed. The subject of the mixed genetic model that is a single identified locus plus polygenes, the breeding objective that includes two correlative traits, some factors such as major gene variance proportion, heritability and genetic correlation which may act on the RSE were synchronously examined to sort out some vital ones which would be controlled to bring into full play in practical applications. Results showed that we could gain larger benefits from the use of major loci in selection scheme as long as we rationally introduce the information of major loci concerned into selection scenario. From the RSE point of view, DSQ could bring about additional genetic gain. Aforementioned influential factors had different influences upon the RSE of DSQ under the two-trait breeding goal,, and the mathematical models that rendered the RSE of DSQ fluctuate mutually differed. The proportion of additive genetic variance explained by major loci, heritability and genetic correlation each exerted greater effect on the RSE of DSQ.
