摘 要: 教师是地方高校提升软实力的核心资源,激励管理对于地方高校教师队伍建设具有特殊重要意义,但现阶段地方高校教师激励管理实施中普遍存在不少认识误区与薄弱环节,亟待加强和改进。 Teachers are the core resources for local universities to strengthen soft capacity, while the management of motivation is particularly important for the local universities to construct their teachers' teams. However, according to the cognitive and practical misunderstandings existed, the management of motivation for teachers in local universities should be improved impatiently.
