含水量对级配碎石基层动态力学性能的影响

摘  要: 采用改进型动三轴仪研究了含水量对级配碎石排水基层动态力学性能的影响。建立了回弹模型以表征级配碎石排水基层在重复荷载作用下的动态力学特性.结果表明:动三轴试验较好地模拟了级配碎石排水基层的实际受力状态;Uzan模型考虑了材料的剪切性能。k-θ模型更好地反映了级配碎石的非线性材料属性;含水量对回弹模型中级配碎石排水基层回归系数的影响规律不同.进而影响其动态回弹模量。当含水量比最佳含水量稍低时级配碎石排水基层回弹模量较大,其动态回弹模量随含水量增加而逐渐减小;为了提高级配碎石排水基层的密实性,应严格控制施工级配和含水量。小于0.075mm的粉尘含量宜控制在5%~7%之间. Modified dynamic triaxial experiment is used to study effects of moisture on dynamic mechanical property of grading macadam draining base, and spring back model is established to characterize dynamic mechanical property of the grading macadam under repeated load. The result suggests that dynamic triaxial test preferably simulates the actual stress state of grading macad- am, and Uzan model which considers the shear performance of material can better reflect online properties of grading macadam than k-θ model does, and the influencing law of moisture on regression coefficient of spring-back model is different, and further on dynamic resilient modulus. When the moisture is slightly lower than the optimum, the modulus is greater, and dynamic elas tic modulus gradually decreases with moisture increasing. Gradation and moisture should be strictly controlled to enhance solidity, and the content of dust less than 0. 075 mm should be controlled between 5%-7%.
