摘 要: 半固态成形技术是一种介于常规铸造和锻造成形之间的金属成形方法。针对半固态成形,特别是触变锻造成形中浆料流动前沿开裂等质量问题,首次提出了流动前沿等体积流量的概念,并将其运用到半固态成形模具优化设计中。分别使用平锻模和经优化设计的锻模对A356铝合金进行了半固态工步挤压和镦粗试验。通过比较分析表明,使用根据流动前沿等体积流量理论设计的模具可以有效防止流动前沿的开裂。本研究所提出的等体积流量理论为半固态成形件质量改进提供了重要的理论和实验指导。 Semi-solid forming is a new metal forming technology between conventional die-casting and forging. With an aim to solve the long-term existing problem of the cracks in flow-front during thixo-forging, a new theory of constant volume flux of slurry was put forward in optimizing die design. Two kinds of experiments of semi-solid step-extrusion and die-upsetting were carried out with flat-forging die and angled forging die from die optimization. The experimental results show that the flow-fronts with better quality can be achieved by using the optimized forming die from constant volume flux of slurry. Therefore, the theory of constant volume flux of slurry can provide an important guidance for the quality improvement in products from thixo-forging.
