摘 要: 本文主要研究企业文化、知识共享、核心能力和企业绩效之间的关系,并以我国西南地区的企业为调查样本进行实证研究。本文证实了:(1)企业文化对知识共享和企业核心能力有直接的正面影响;(2)知识共享对企业核心能力有直接的正面影响;(3)企业核心能力对企业绩效有直接的影响。本文研究结果丰富和完善了知识共享的相关理论,并为实践中的企业管理者们提供了理论上的指导。 This paper mainly examines the relationships among corporate culture, knowledge share, core capability and corporate performance. The corporates in this study comes from west - south China. The study proves that: ( 1 ) Corporate culture do have a distinct direct positive impact on knowledge share and core capability; (2) knowledge share has a distinct direct positive impact on core capability; (3) core capability has a distinct direct positive impact on corporate performance.. This study makes the relevant theory of knowledge share more perfect, and provides the help for corporate managers in theory.
