摘 要: 圆柱壳开孔接管的应变分析在压力容器设计中是一个普遍而重要的问题.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对一圆柱壳开孔直接管区域的应变进行了计算,求出了在弹性范围和弹塑性范围内的最大应变及应变系数,并对应变分布状况进行了分析.利用有限元的计算结果求出模型的极限载荷及疲劳循环数N,并与使用设计标准JB4732-95中应力指数法的计算结果作了比较.比较的结果表明:在应变较大的情况下,使用应力指数法分析压力容器开孔接管区的疲劳问题,已不能反映出疲劳破坏的实质. The strain analysis at the nozzle junction of a cylindrical vessel is universal and important. In this paper, the strain of cylindrical vessel with a straight pipe is analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. The maximum strain and the strain concentration factor within the scope of both elasticity and elasticity-plasticity are obtained. And then its strain distributing is analyzed. The limit load and the fatigue cyclic number N is calculated through finite element analysis of strain. And then N is compared with the calculated result by using stress-index way in Design Criterion JB4732-95. The results show when the strain is larger, by using the stress-index way can not reflect the calculating fatigue cyclic number of cylindrical vessel nature of fatigue damage.
