摘 要: 目的:编制可信并且能有效测量职业高原的问卷。方法:采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析分别对来自219名和288名企业员工的数据进行统计分析。结果:职业高原问卷包含层级高原、内容高原、中心化高原三个维度,具有很好的结构效度,并具具有良好的实证效度;层级高原的α系数为0.84、内容高原的α系数为0.87、中心化高原的α系数为0.88。结论:职业高原问卷的结构效度、实证效度和内部一致性信度均达到了心理测量学的要求。 Objective: To develop a questionnaire that can measure the concept of career plateau. Methods: 219 valid data from 4 enterprises were collected in order to develop career plateau questionnaire by exploratory factor analysis. 288 samples from other 4 enterprises were collected in order to test the validity and reliability of the career plateau questionnaire, Results: ①Career plateau questionnaire was composed of hierarehal plateau ,content plateau and inclusive plateau; ②There was significant difference between logistics, professionals and managers; ③The Cronbach α of subtest of hierarchal plateau, content plateau and inclusive plateau were 0.84,0.87,0.88, respectively. Conclusion: Career plateau questionnaire has good construct validity ,empirical validity and internal consistency reliability.
