摘 要: 当PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)中加入PTW(乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物)和GF(玻璃纤维)后,在较低的剪切速率下都可以观察到剪切稠化现象。但两者产生稠化的机理不同:PBT/PTW体系中剪切稠化具有较好的可逆性;而PBT/GF体系中稠化只是初始的相形态引起的粘度变化,当玻璃纤维的取向调整到与流动方向一致时,不会有稠化产生。实验还发现:当PTW和GF同时加入PBT中,剪切稠化现象也会变弱。 When PTW (ethylene-butyl acrylate-GMA copolymer) or GF (glass fiber) was added to the PBT(polybutylene terephthalate) resin, the shear-thickening can be observed at the lower shear rate,while their mechanisms are different. The shear thickening in the PBT/PTW is reversible; but in the PBT/GF , it depended on the initial morphology of the glass fiber. When the GF oriented to the flow direction, the shear-thickening vanished. If both PTW and GF were added to the PBT, the shear-thickening declined.
