8周游泳运动对糖尿病大鼠RBP4mRNA表达的影响

摘  要: 目的:探索8周游泳运动对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂肪组织、肝脏RBP4基因mRNA表达的影响,及其与胰岛素敏感性的关系。方法:2型糖尿病大鼠模型随机分为对照组(A组)和游泳运动组(B组),进行8周游泳运动,健康雄性SD大鼠作为健康安静对照组(C组)。RT-PCR、放射免疫法观察大鼠肝脏、附睾脂肪组织RBP4mRNA表达、胰岛素、空腹血糖水平。结果:B组附睾脂肪组织RBP4mRNA表达与A组相比明显下调,RBP4mRNA表达与HOMA-IR呈正相关,脂体比、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR明显降低。结论:8周游泳运动后,2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗鼠脂附睾肪组织RBP4mRNA表达下降,胰岛素敏感性提高。 Objective :To investigate the effect of swimming on expression of RBP4 mRNA of liver and adipose tissue in type 2 diabetes rat, the relationship between RBP4 mRNA expression and and insulin sensitive is reserched after swimming. Mathods Type 2 diabetes male rats were randomly divided into control group(group A) and six periodic swimming group(group B). Healthy quiet rats were normal control group (group C). RT- PCR and radioimmunoassay were applied to display the expression of RBP4mRNA in liver and adipose tissue and insulin sensitivity. Results:The expression of RBP4 mRNA of epididynml adipose tissue in group B was significantly down regulated compared with group A. There is positive correlation between RBP4 mRNA expression of adipose tissue and insulin resistance for type 2 diabetes rats. Bodymass, epididymal fat pad, fat around renal,fat/bodymass,insulin and HOMA- IR were declined significantly compared with group A. Conclusions: RBP4 mRNA expression of epididymal adipose tissue in type 2 diabetes male rats is reduced and insulin sensitivity is incresed after eight periodic swimming.
