摘 要: [目的]探明外源一氧化氮(NO)对草花种子萌发的影响。[方法]以硝普钠(SNP)为NO供体,研究0(CK),10,100,500,1000,1500,2000μmol/L SNP浸种对凤仙花、孔雀草和千日红种子萌发的影响。[结果]低浓度SNP浸种可以促进凤仙花、孔雀草和千日红种子的萌发。其中,以1000μmol/L浓度对凤仙花种子、500μmol/L浓度对孔雀草和千日红种子处理的综合效果最好。[结论]外源NO供体SNP对草花种子的萌发具有调控作用。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of exogenous nitric oxide on the germination of herbaceous flower seeds.[Method] Sodium nitroprusside(SNP) was used as exogenous nitric oxide donor to study the effect of soaking seeds in exogenous nitric oxide donor with 0,10,100,500,1 000,1 500,2 000 μmol/L on germination of Impatiens balsamina,Tagetes patula and Gomphrena globosa.[Result] The germination rate of three herbaceous flower seeds was increased at lower density.The effect of 1 000 μmol/L SNP to Impatiens balsamina,500 μmol/L SNP to Tagetes patula and Gomphrena globosa was best.[Conclusion] Exogenous nitric oxide donor(sodium nitroprusside,SNP) had effect to the germination of three herbaceous flower seeds.
