摘 要: 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SrFe0.7Cu0.3O3-δ混合导体透氧膜材料粉体,采用TG-DSC、XRD进行分析表征,考察了不同制备条件下溶胶-凝胶的性质、所制备的粉体的物相组成。结果表明:溶胶在pH=4左右、脱水温度80℃、柠檬酸与总金属离子物质的量配比C/Mn+=2、干凝胶在900℃下焙烧保温5h,可制得结晶度高、具有单一稳定钙钛矿结构的粉体。 Mixed conducting membrane SrFe0.7Cu0.3O3-δ were synthesized by sol-gel method . The crystal structures of the material and the properties of sol-gel synthesized in different conditions were studied by TG-DSC and XRD. It is found that the steady, pure cubic perovskite-structure membrane material with well-defined crystal structure can be obtained on condition that pH value of the sol is about 4, dehydrating temperature of gel is at 80 ℃, the proportion of C/M^n+ is 2, and the gel is roasted at 900 ℃ for 5 h.
