摘 要: 优质学校作为一种文化形态,对学生、教师、学校发展、理论与实践之间的关系有着不一样的假设。优质学校作为一种组织,有着与传统学校不一样的文化追求。优质学校的旨归:追求平等和质量;优质学校的文化形态:共享、自主与合作。 As a kind of cultUre form, a quality school has inequable assumptions for students, teachers, school development and the relationship between theory and practice. As a kind of organization, a quality school has different cultural pursuit from traditional school. The mission of a quality school is to pursue equality and quality, the cultural form of a quality school is sharing, self-determination and cooperation.
