摘 要: 目的:分析和评价医学模拟技术在急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法:对参加培训的学生进行培训前及培训后反馈问卷进行统计分析。结果:100%学生认为使用SimMan综合模拟人和心肺复苏模拟人,气管插管模型调动了学习兴趣,学生对BLS、ACLS的基本理论和实施流程经培训后理论水平及其操作普遍认为有很大提高。结论:高仿真的电脑模拟人和心肺复苏模拟人,气管插管模型在急诊医学教育中可发挥巨大作用,它具有无风险、可重复性、可控性、培养团队精神等优点。 Objective: To analyze and evaluate the effects of application of medical simulation technology in clinical first-aid skills training. Methods: Statistical analysis on feedback questionnaires from the students before and after training was carried out. Results:100% students show their great interests in learning clinical skills. Who thought that human analogue played a crucial role in clinical skills study, especially in complicated skills study such as defibrillation. Conclusion: Computer-based high sim- ulated human analogue, cardiopulmonary resuscitation analogue and orotracheal intubation models play significant roles in medical first-aid education, their characters, such as no risk, repeatability, controllability and training team spirit, have made them pragmatic in clinical skills teaching.
