摘 要: 采用光泵太赫兹激光器和124×124热释电列阵相机,对邮件包装材料中的样品进行太赫兹实时成像研究,获得普通包装材料在太赫兹波段的透射特性,以及样品在各种材料中1.63THz实时图像,该研究为THz成像技术在邮件检测方面的应用奠定了基础. The real-time continuous-wave terahertz imaging of wrapping mail material samples was demonstrated with an optically-pumped terahertz laser and a 124 × 124 pyroelectric camera. Transparent properties of various wrapping materials in THz were examined. Transmission-mode THz images were obtained at 1.63 THz. Results showed the feasibility of real-time THz imaging for mail inspection applications.
