摘 要: 为提高水汽凝结器的性能,开发了一种短管圆环式水汽凝结器,并应用在SZDG-75冻干设备中。小葱冻干实验结果表明,相对现有的蛇形盘管式而言,短管圆环式水汽凝结器的凝结管外水蒸汽的流动阻力减小6Pa;凝结管内制冷剂回气饱和温度提高1.5℃;凝结管表面最大霜层厚度减小4mm。基于上述情况,短管圆环式水汽凝结器的制冷系统蒸发温度可以提高3.3℃,使得制冷系统的制冷量提高18%,性能系数提高12%,节能效果和经济效益明显。 In order to improve performance of vapor-condensers, a circular vapor-condenser with short tubes was developed and applied in SZDG-75 freeze-drying equipment. The experiment shows that the vapor flow resistance decreased by 6Pa and the return refrigerant temperature increased by 1.5℃, and the largest frost thickness decreased by 4mm, compared with existing coils. It appears that the evaporation temperature of the refrigeration system may be 3.3℃ higher, which makes the cooling capacity and COP increase by 18% and 12%, respectively.
