摘 要: 从南海红树林内源真菌Fusarium sp. ZZF51的培养液中分离得到一金属络合物(1),通过波谱数据和单晶衍射数据解析其结构为二(5-丁基-2-吡啶甲酸-N1,O2)合铜(Ⅱ)。为提高其产量,研究了Cu(Ⅱ)对络合物(1)产量和菌株生长的影响,结果表明:在参与真菌Fusarium sp. ZZF51代谢活动的过程中,Cu(Ⅱ)能显著促使络合物(1)的产生,但对真菌的生长影响甚微。 A metal complex ( 1 ), named as bis ( 5-butyi-2-pyncunecarzoxyto-N1, O2)-copper,was first, found in the nature. It was isolated from the culture media of a mangrove endophytic fungus Fusariurn sp. ZZFS1 from the South China Sea coast. Its structure was characterized using spectroscopic methods and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The relation between the amount of CuCl2 and the fungus ZZFS1 growth was investigated in order to improve the output of complex (1). The result indicated CuCl2 showed great efficiency for producing complex (1), but had little effect on the growth of the fungus ZZF51.
