摘　　要： 从参考咨询服务的理论研究、实践、教育、现代化和国外参考服务等５个方面，对近几年来中美图书馆参考咨询服务研究进行了全面。 Gives a comprehensive comparative study of library reference service research between China and America in recent years in 5 aspects: theory research, reference service practice, education, overseas reference service and modernization, and indicates their differences in research contents, depth, method, etc., and then discusses the reasons causing these differences.
