摘 要: 为了研究汽轮机干摩擦阻尼器叶片在谐波激励作用下的主共振特性,将摩擦力的迟滞回线进行谐波展开到二次项;用平均法求出系统主共振的稳态响应方程;分析了激励幅值、外阻尼、特别是阻尼器参数与响应之间的关系.结果表明,阻尼器具有抑制叶片共振振幅和共振调频的效果,但接触面压力需取适当值,使阻尼器处于最佳摩擦接触状态. In order to investigate the resonance of turbine blades with dry friction damper, the hysteretic restoring force of the damper was expressed in Taylor series to the second order terms. The steady-state primary resonance equations were deduced using the averaging method. The influences of the system parameters, such as the amplitude of external excitation, external damping, and the damper parameters, on the response were analyzed. The results show that application of the dry friction damped blade is effective to reduce the resonance amplitude and adjust the resonant frequency of the blade when the contact pressure is adjusted to a proper value and an optimal state of friction contact is acquired.
