摘　　要： 本文引入部分变元持久性的定义，借鉴稳定性理论的基本思想方法，讨论了Kolmogrov模型关于部分变元强持久的充要条件及永久共存的充分条件；并以此为工具，讨论了有界性与持久性的关系，得到了有界性的新判据． In this paper,the authors introduced the defines of partial variable differetial e-quation's permanment and permanment functions,discussed permanent and bound of partial vari-able differetial equation,obtained nessary and sufficient conditions of strong persistance and suffi-cient conditions of permanent.Appied those results,discussed the bound of Volterna model.
