摘　　要： 从柴油机气缸套的重要性出发,分析了造成气缸套磨损的各种主要形式。在阐述传统气缸套测量方式缺点的基础上提出了具有较大意义的数字式测量方式,同时给出了相关的设计电路,并进行了系统优化讨论。 From the point of the importance of cylinder liner, it analyzes primary forms which will lead to wear of cylinder liner. On the basis of setting forth the disadvantages of traditional measurement, it brings forward significative digital measure method Meanwhile the related circuits had been designed and discuss how to optimize the system.
