摘　　要： 随着我国旅游产业的发展,游客素质对旅游地环境的影响越来越受到关注。本文试图从开征游客教育税的角度研究游客教育的资金保障体系,为政府及利益相关群体加大对游客污染、破坏环境行为的调控力度提供足够的资金支持。 The impact of visitors＇ behavior to tourism destinations arouses great concern as the development of the tourism industry. The paper starts with the initiating of tax collection of visitor education and illustrates the safeguarding system for funding of visitor education to give support to government and the stakeholder in controlling visitor empoison and environment deterioration.
