摘 要: 采用铝制密封容器处理样品,以Tenax管富集甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯、十四烷、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯等挥发性有机物,2,4-二硝基苯肼吸收液富集甲醛、乙醛。用气相色谱-质谱/选择离子监测法测定,优化了样品处理及分析条件,建立了测定汽车装饰材料的挥发性有机物的方法。该法克服了采用塑料容器产生的干扰,检出限低于2.0μg/m3,比现有方法低2个数量级。适用于汽车内部塑料、皮革、纺织品、泡棉等材料的检测。 A method for the detection of volatile organic compounds of automobile decorative materials by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was developed in this paper.The sample was put into an aluminium container.Toluene,xylene,ethylbenzene,styrene,n-tetradecane,di-n-butyl phthalate and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate were collected with a Tenax adsorption tube and then desorbed with methanol.Formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were absorbed with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine by forming complexes.Then extracts were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring(GC-MS/SIM).This method can avoid the interference from using plastic container and has better selectivity than the existing methods.The detection limits of this method are less than 2.0 μg/m^3.The method is proved to be reliable and accurate.It can be applied to the determination of volatile organic compounds of automobile decorative materials such as inner plastics,leather,fabric and foam etc.
