摘 要: AMP激活的蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)是机体能量代谢的开关,近年对AMPK的研究发展很快。在其β亚单位发现GBD(glycogen-binding domain)区域,在γ亚单位发现CBS cystathioninen?-synthase)区域,并对它们的功能进行了研究。AMPK的活力在体内通过3条不同的途径受到AMP的调节。在哺乳动物体内发现AMPK受到其上游激酶LKB1的调节,而AMPK对机体的调节不仅仅体现在能量代谢,还包括基因表达、蛋白质翻译和细胞生长等方面。 The research about AMPK, which is the switch of energy metabolism in body, has made rapid developtnent. A GBD (glycogen-binding domain) region is discovered in its β subunit. The research finds a CBS region in its γ subunit. Many researches also have been made about those regions. The activity of AMPK is regulated though three different approaches by AMP. Mammalian AMPK is activated by its upstream kinase LKB1. Except regulation of energy metabolism, also affect on gene expression, protein translation and cell growth.
