摘　　要： 讨论了高等农业院校在新农村建设背景下教学、科研、社会服务方面的发展战略,教学上应采取人才培养模式、专业设置、就业导向3项改革;科研上应采取长远目标与解决当前问题、产学研、特色与创新3项结合;在社会服务上应采取走出去、引进来、提上去3大战略。 On the background of new socialist countryside, the development strategy of agricultural universities about teaching, research and social service was discussed. In the aspect of teaching, it should carry out three reforms with talent cultivation, specialty set and occupation guide. In the aspect of research, it should carry out three combination with long-term aims and current problem, production-study-research, feature and innovation. In the aspect of social service, it should carry out three strategies with going-out, introducing-in and bringing-up.
