摘 要: 白僵蚕是一种药用价值较高的中药药材,为选出人工生产白僵蚕的最佳菌株,以分离的5株白僵菌菌株为材料,以营养生长量、产孢量和致病力等生物学指标进行比较筛选。结果表明,不同菌株的各个指标均存在差异,其中B07-2营养生长量最快,产孢量最高,10 d内对家蚕的致病率为98.18%。综合比较,B07-2为生产白僵蚕的最佳接种菌株,它对家蚕的致死中时LT50为5.09 d,致死中浓度LC50为2.69×106孢子.mL-1。 White muscardine silkworm is a kind of useful China-medcine. To isolate the best strain to produce White muscardine silkworm, five strains of Beauveria bassiana were isolated and selected according to growth rate, spore production and pathogenicity. The results are as follows : The growth rate of B07-2 and its spore production is the best in all the strains, and in 10 days time, B07-2 has the highest mortality (98. 18% ). B07-2 is the best strain to inoculate silkworm by comparing and analysing different strains of growth rate, spore production and pathogenicity. Its LT50 and LC50 against the Bombyx mori L. was 5.09 d,and 2.69 × 10^6 spore per mL, respectively.
