摘　　要： 西方经济增长记录启发了对于社会规范的刚性和弹性问题的探讨。西方和中国规范意识的产生是一个历史的过程。西方伦理规范的刚性主要表现为对普遍性的诉求,相信伦理金规则的万世不移和绝对无疑。中国道德伦理规范的刚性不是表现为普遍性诉求,而是主要表现为伦理道德规范的经世致用。中国道德伦理规范的刚性,在制度层面上的体现是用伦理治国,而不是用法理治国。伦理规范的刚性缓滞了社会的发展。儒学道德伦理的刚性势将回归为其原创期的弹性,或者复兴为其原创期的弹性。 Records about economic growth enlighten me to research on rigidity and spring of social norm.There is a long time that consciousness for the norm in Western and China appeared in history.Rigidity of the ethical norm in Western mainly shows to appeal to the generality and believes that not only golden rules is unchangeable,but also it is not questionable absolutely.Rigidity of the ethical norm in China don't show to appeal to the generality.It mainly shows to utilize these norms to manage government.Rigidity of the ethical norm in China shows to manage nation by the ethical norm,not by the law.Rigidity of the ethical norm blocked development of the sociality.Rigidity of the Confucian ethical norm will return to the spring of original time,or will relive to be the spring of original time.
