摘　　要： 分析了湖北省食用菌产业的发展现状。提出政府要加强政策引导、加大科技投入力度、科研机构应增强自主创新能力、促进食用菌科技成果转化、食用菌企业应加强与科研机构合作大力发展食用菌精深加工等建议,并对湖北省食用菌产业的发展做出了前景规划。 The present developing status of edible fungi industry in Hubei was analyzed. It is pointed out that the govemment should improe policy and increase the input. The research institutes should strengthen the independent innovation ability to promote the transformation of sci-teeh achievements. The edible fungi enterprise should reinforce the cooperation with research institute to develop the further processing.The prospect planning of edible fungi industry in Hubei is put forth.
