摘　　要： 文章根据科技创新对国家的重要意义及高校的历史使命,分析了当前大学生的科技创新现状,探索作为地方工科院校在凸显学生党员在科技创新中旗帜作用的方法与途径。 According to the significance of originality of the science and technology and the mission of university, the article analyzed the present situation of the college student, explored that how to improve the role of a party member of college student at the originality of the science and technology.
