摘　　要： 首先分析了工程硕士研究生的发展及现状,指出工程硕士研究生教育的重要性:即为不同单位不同部门培养专门的人才,并针对工程硕士研究生目前的问题提出了解决方法和建议。 The development and the current situation of engineering masters postgraduate are analyzed in this paper, and points out the importance in education of engineering masters postgraduate which has cultivated specialized talents for different organizations and departments. Solutions for the present problems in the education of engineering masters have been put forward in the paper.
