摘　　要： 针对化工罐车洗罐污水堵塞管道的问题进行了调查和试验,结果表明,污水堵塞管道的原因是污水中所含苯乙烯发生聚合反应,生成物长期积聚引起。采用加热的办法清除管道内的堵塞物,安全快速,效果良好;为便于检修,对管道进行了技术改造。 The blocking problem of a tank-truck waste water pipeline was investigated and tested. The investigation found that the blocking was caused by long-term accumulation of the polymers from polymerization of ethylene in the waste water. The blocking materials in the pipeline were cleaned out by heating, which was fast and safe in operation and high in efficiency. The pipeline was revamped to facilitate the maintenance.
