摘　　要： 和谐的校园文化既是构建和谐校园的基本目标与内涵,又是构建和谐校园的基本途径与模式。和谐校园的本质属性是文化和谐,和谐校园建设的根本在于校园文化建设。女子高职院校在人才培养过程中,应以和谐校园文化为载体,以价值观教育、实践教学、社会实践为切入点,优化女大学生成长环境,为社会培养德才兼备的女性人才。 Harmonious campus culture is not only the basic target and connotation of construcing harmonious campus, but also the basic channel and model. The essence of harmonious campus is culture harmony, and the nature of harmonious campus is culture construction. The talents cultivation of women＇ s vocational college should be embodied in harmonious campus culture, and supported by value education, practical teaching and social practice to optimize the growing environment of female college students and cultivate female talents with good character and professional competence.
